  1. Information you send us through the website. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
  2. Information needed to provide our services. When you engage us, you may provide information such as your CNIC, NTN, contact and address details, income and salary information, bank statements, property and asset details, business and company documents, and any other records required for tax filing, registration or compliance work.
  3. Payment information. Card and other payments are processed by our bank or payment service provider. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our systems. We keep records of payments received, such as the amount, date and transaction reference.
  4. Tax calculator. The income tax calculator on this website runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored by us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide quotes;
  • deliver the services you engage us for, including preparing and filing returns, applications and registrations;
  • communicate with you about your work, deadlines and payments;

  • service providers who help us run our website and business, such as hosting, form-processing, email and messaging services, who may only use the information to provide their service to us; and
  • law enforcement or other authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

5. Cookies and Browser Storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small amount of information in your browser, such as whether you have dismissed a notification banner, only to remember your preferences. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website loads fonts, icons and scripts from third-party providers, and links to services such as WhatsApp. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser connects to them, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting record-keeping requirements under the laws of Pakistan. When it is no longer required, we delete it or securely dispose of it.
