Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Munshi (“we”, “us” and “our”), including tax filing, company registration, regulatory compliance, accounting and business consulting services. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment After Service Delivery

We do not take any advance payment for our services. Payment is requested only after the agreed service has been completed and delivered to you. Because you pay only for work that has already been performed and delivered, you have the opportunity to review the service before making any payment.

3. No Refunds

As payment is made only after the service has been completed and delivered, all payments made to us are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you confirm that the service has been delivered to your satisfaction.

4. Concerns Before Payment

If you are not satisfied with any part of a delivered service, please contact us before making payment. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, correct or complete the work at no additional cost before payment is collected.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same service, or charged an amount different from the amount agreed with us, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment details. Once verified, the excess or duplicate amount will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

6. Government and Third-Party Fees

Fees paid on your behalf to government bodies or other third parties (for example FBR, SECP, PSEB or chambers of commerce) are set and collected by those bodies and cannot be refunded by us.
